UNIVET R&D

UNIVET is a spin-off R&D company founded by a group of scientists, veterinary dermatologists and clinical pharmacologists, from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB).

OUR MISSION

Our main goal is to support research in Biotechnological, Pharmaceutical and Veterinary Companies by providing new experimental models as successful solutions for specific problems.

FACILITIES

UNIVET is placed in the Scientific Park of the UAB “Pool of Biotechnical and Biomedical Companies” , offering the possibility of performing studies with laboratory and farm animals. UNIVET location allows the use of new technique and scientific services, as well as an efficient research management.

EXPERTISE

More than 15 years of research in the fields of allergy and inflammation have resulted in the development of cellular and functional models, useful to study the allergic processes and their pharmacological control.
